Rights of association members
Each member may participate in the general meeting.
Each member has the right to vote and to be elected.
Every member of the association can determine what may be done with his data. In addition, every member has a right to information.
The members of the association are entitled to receive information from the executive board about all essential factual and legal circumstances of the association (§§ 27 para. 3, 666 BGB).
If at least 1/3 of the members request in writing that a general meeting be convened, such meeting shall be convened.
Duties of association members
Each member of the association must pay a fee (association fee) for its membership. By the founding members’ meeting the minimum annual fee is set at 100 EUR (or 10 EUR/month in case of monthly payment). Higher contributions can be chosen voluntarily in the sense of the promotion purpose.
Anyone who joins an association has a duty of loyalty. Every member is obligated to observe and comply with the regulations of these association statutes and the association regulations.
Each member is obliged to observe the purpose of the association, to promote the interests of the association and, as far as he is able, to support the life of the association by his cooperation.
Support obligations represent the obligation to participate in the association, e.g. to help with the organization of events, to participate in regular meetings, to be there for the association, to support other members of the association or similar.
